Transitional treatment in Colorado

After successful completion of a residential treatment program, the doors open to our transitional housing.  Both men’s and women’s homes house 6 individuals in vicinity of the complimentary Steamboat Springs Transit Service.  Our residences are fully furnished, equipped with high speed internet, cable and a security system.

Our transitional residents must remain compliant in Foundry Treatment Center’s IOP (9 hours of group therapy/week and 1 hour/week individual therapy) and attend recovery support meetings.  Residents  also must be gainfully employed.  There are up to 4 structured wellness activities and serving opportunities per week; from personal training sessions with our Wellness Director to walking dogs for the local Humane Society.

We provide a SoberLink device which monitors BAC, GPS location and photo ID. For further accountability, monitored urine drug screens are administered by house managers and all residences are under 24/7 video surveillance.
